Top 5 Wednesday- Vampires

Hello readers!

Today's top 5 topic is favorite vampire from TV/Movies.

Out of all of the "monsters" out there, vampires tend to be the most popular in pop culture.
This list is pretty much a thirst list of vampires I find extremely attractive. You have been warned. For those of you that enjoy this, leave a 🖤 in the comments. 

1. Eric from True Blood: Eric is hands down my favorite character from this series, and my favorite vampire character of all time. A large part of that is because Alexander Skarsgard is my ultimate crush as Eric, because a Norwegian, smooth talking vampire is right up my alley. I originally loved Bill & Sookie together, but when the prospects of Eric & Sookie become an option, the chemistry for the pair was EVERYTHING. I'm ultimately glad that Sookie & Eric weren't endgame, but the protectiveness that Eric has for her is super cute.

2. Lestat from Queen of The Damned: As cliche as this movie may be, it was a life changer for me. Lestat and Queen Akasha made me aware of what I found attractive in another person. I realized that even though I was team werewolf, team vampire isn't terrible if they look like Lestat. I also found my favorite band of all time in the most iconic sex scene in my lifetime. Definitely a game changer.

3. David from The Lost Boys: I will make this simple. I like David. I like that David is dangerous. I like that David is possessive. I like David having control issues. I like David's sense of style. I  🖤 David. 

4. Eben from 30 Days of Night: This entire movie was really great in finding a different perspective of a vampire invasion. The ending was also really satisfying with Eben sacrificing himself in both becoming a vampire, and then by killing himself in sunlight to be with his wife for the last time. I also have a huge thing for Josh Hartnett, especially in 40 days & 40 nights.

5. Caroline from The Vampire Diaries: I am still currently watching this series and out of all of the vampires, Caroline is definitely my favorite. She is a really well rounded character that I think doesn't get the appreciation she deserves. I find it really annoying that the writers kind of recycled love interests for her after Matt. I thought her and Tyler were a cute couple, but Klaus's interest I found off just because he had no remorse in essentially murdering whoever he needed to get what he needed. I hope to see her character end up with a "happily ever after" for her.
