January Wrap Up

Today's post is my monthly wrap up for books I've read and any hauls I have for the month.

Book Haul:

I caved and totally picked up King of Scars earlier this month. I really wanted to Illumicrate version, with it's beautiful naked cover, though I picked up the Barnes & Noble edition. I couldn't justify the price of the entire box and there wasn't a book only version. I hope to get far enough ahead in my reading to pick this one up sooner rather than later.

Kindle had Sightwitch on sale for $3 so I picked it up since it's part of my TBR for the year and I had the rest of the series on Kindle as well. 

I pre-ordered this back in October and managed to finish it within a week of owning it. I love Jude and Cardan and I'm so not looking forward to waiting for the third book.

Books I've Read:

 

I managed to start and finish this series this month. 

I listened to this via Audi-book to motivate myself through the series. I didn't exactly love it but I didn't expect to. I've been told by numerous people that the entire series really picks up in book 3. 

So far, I'm right on track for my TBR goals for this quarter, which I'm really excited about because once I realized that 50 books meant a book a week I got really nervous.
