Finders Seekers

Welcome Back!
Today's blog post is a follow up to the Cratejoy Myers-Briggs post I did in the middle of April. As a quick recap, Cratejoy put out a list of what box should you get based on your Myers-Briggs personalities. Since I am an INTJ, the box they picked for me was Finders Seekers.

To check out Finders Seekers, click here.
I didn't have any idea of what was inside this subscription service other than there were puzzles involved, so when I received and opened my first box I was super excited and a little bit confused.

Each box is a series of puzzles based on different cities around the world. My box happened to be based on Toronto. To solve the puzzles you will need the supplies in each box, your computer, maybe your phone, and definitely your brain.

There is a letter included that helps you start the puzzles, otherwise it may not make much sense. I grabbed my husband and we started on the puzzles together. We got through most of them without any help, some of them we're super obvious what the answers were, like we had to count how many flashing fingerprints showed up in an image but from the directions we had no idea that was the solution.

For some puzzles it was wrapping a slip of paper around a pencil or finding the correct order of bottle caps.

Each puzzle you found based on the locations on the 10 included postcards. There was one card I was sure was just an ad, but nope, it was included as well. I really enjoyed the puzzle about Lake Ontario and learning about the barge underwater.

I've had the box for about a week and I still haven't figured it out to the end. I've utilized the Finders Seekers Facebook group as well, since again the directions aren't always clear.

Overall I'd rate this box as a 7/10. Although I didn't think he'd like it, my husband seemed to have some fun looking for the answers with me. I would repurchase another box, I'd love it if there was an announcement prior to that month's box's deadline that announced what city it would be based on so that I could kind of pick and choose ones that interested me more than others.

Have you guys tried Finders Seekers? What are your thoughts? Leave them in the comments below.
